Who we are

This shop is run by Dhanjit Tisso, trading as Vozzypolo, of House No 198, Ward No 5, Dokmoka Town, Karbi Anglong, Assam 782441. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Vozzypolo, and “you” means the person using the site or placing an order.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, so there’s no password to keep. Keep access to your email secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You must be 18 or older to place an order, or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or repeated refused deliveries.

Our pieces

Our textiles are woven by hand in Karbi Anglong. Small variations in weave, pattern and colour are natural and make each piece its own. We photograph our pieces as accurately as we can, but colours vary between screens, and where a product page says it was photographed on a similar piece, the colour shown is a close match rather than the exact piece. Sizes and measurements are given on each product page.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes.
• Free delivery on orders over ₹2,999, otherwise ₹99, shown at checkout. Paying in cash on delivery adds ₹150 per order.
• You can pay online by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet through Razorpay, our payment partner, or in cash on delivery where it’s available. Some pieces can only be paid for online; their product page says so. We never see or store your card details.
• If a price is shown in error, we’ll tell you before we dispatch and you can either pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order by email. We may decline or cancel an order if a piece is unavailable, if couriers can’t reach your address, or if we suspect fraud. If we do, we refund anything you’ve paid in full.

Content on this site

The text, product photography and design of this site belong to us or are used with permission. Some editorial photographs are by other photographers and are credited on our story page. Please don’t copy them for commercial use without asking.

Our responsibility to you

We’re responsible for delivering what you ordered as described. If something goes wrong, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other law that protects you as a consumer.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a complaint, please contact us first: most problems are solved quickly. You can also reach our grievance officer, whose details are on our contact page. Any dispute that can’t be resolved will be heard by the courts of Karbi Anglong, Assam, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
