  • Delivery addresses: the names, phone numbers and addresses you enter or save.
  • Orders: what you bought, what you paid and how, delivery and tracking details, and messages you send us about an order.
  • Payments: Razorpay handles your card, UPI or bank details. We receive only the result and a description, such as “UPI” with your UPI ID, or a card network and its last four digits.
  • Your bag and saved pieces, and the pincode you last checked delivery for.

  • To email you about your orders: confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, and refunds.
  • To answer your questions and handle exchanges, refunds and complaints.
  • To prevent fraud and misuse, and to keep records the law requires, such as tax invoices.

We don’t send marketing emails unless you ask for them, and we don’t sell or rent your data to anyone.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us run the shop, and only what each needs:

  • Razorpay, to process online payments and refunds.
  • Shiprocket and its courier partners, who receive your name, phone number, address and what’s in the parcel, to deliver it.
  • Our hosting, database and email providers, who store and send data for us under contract and may keep it on servers outside India.
  • Government or law enforcement bodies, when the law requires it.

Cookies

We use a few small cookies, all needed for the shop to work:

  • to remember your bag before you sign in
  • to remember the pincode you checked delivery for

We don’t use advertising, analytics or social media tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data while you have an account with us. Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, even if you delete your account. Sign-in codes expire within minutes and are deleted within an hour.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it
  • correct or update it (you can also edit your details in your account)

  • nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you can’t
